  As a former sound technician, I know a thing or two about sound. When my hearing started declining, I tried several hearing clinics in town, but a friend of mine recommended Shelley from Connect Hearing. I can't say enough good things about this clinic - super friendly reception, nice cute little clinic, top quality services and I felt taken care of at all times. I won't go to any other clinic now, this one is by far the better choice. Highly recommend.

  Great product, and great service. The Phonak Audeo has the most user adjustable programs that I’ve seen. Perfect for tv and music.

  Connect Hearing in Penticton, Shelley and her team are focused and providing a comfortable environment, taking time to answer questions, showing their care for ensuring their clients are given the very best care in providing the right hearing aids, training on cleaning and use. As a client, I can visit the office at any time for supplies, and have any questions answered. Always greeted with smiles and friendly chats....I highly recommend.

  I went for a hearing test and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I booked over the phone, to the moment I left my appointment. The hearing test was very professional, and the office and sound booth were very clean. If you are looking for a hearing professional, check them out!
