  Tiffany Ip has been amazing. She is so professional and understanding. I didn't quite understand how to care for my hearing aids after I received them and she was right there to help me. I highly recommend her and everyone at Connect Hearing!!

  My dad & I both needed a bit of an assist with our hearing aids and our timing was off at two separate locations on Vancouver island so we thought we'd attempt a visit to Richmond location for Hearing Connect! And they assisted us so very well! Barbara's assistance was exemplary, she was super friendly and that's all we needed too!
