  I was most impressed with the testing and no pressure approach taken by staff. In the end, my hearing is fine for now and no hearing aids are needed.

  I just had a hearing test with Annie Shannon at Connect Hearing in Sidney, BC (Canada). There was as much time devoted to discussion before and after the actual test as there was in the test, which was really excellent to ensure I understood it and the implications. What's more, even though I am a candidate for hearing aids, Annie suggested that I not buy them now, but rather live for a year or so with the knowledge of my particular issues to see if I noticed things that I might not have thought of as directly hearing-related. I cannot recommend Annie and Connect Hearing in Sidney enough!

  I saw Annie at Connect Hearing, being referred by a friend. Both she and the receptionist were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Annie had a good sense of humour which I appreciated and was very clear in her explanations. She walked me through the testing and allowed time for questions etc. I will definitely go back should I need too.
