  It was a very positive experience. It was emotional for me to confirm my significant hearing loss and navigate the process of wearing hearing aids. I am overwhelmed and grateful for the impact they have had on my daily life. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jill who was so patient and caring, and celebrated my success!   Andrea was so kind and patient with my 94 year old mom. And she is hearing so much better her aids and adjustments made . Thank you so much

  I was traveling and forgot my hearing aid charger. I popped in to see if they might have any suggestions. Karen not only offered to charge them for me, she found me a donated replacement charger. I actually use a different audiology company in my home city but her exemplary service will make me reconsider. Thank you Karen!
