  These people tried to take advantage of my 85 year-old father to the tune of $1700. When I phoned somewhere else explained the situation to them. They were happy to do it for free. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

  Heather was great to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. I could feel that she is proud of the job she does, the Phonak products and of the company she works for. This gave me a positive impression and led me to buy my hearing aids from Connect.

  I have been dealing with Connect at this location for 5 plus years. I just upgraded to the latest technology and they work awesome! The team there today, Heather & Kim, were outstanding and can't thank them enough! I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in the market.

  Called and asked for an alternative for using roll up foam ear plugs for sleep as they are painful after extended use. I was told that the silicone molded "sleepers" were just as good if not better. NOT TRUE. Even after a refit the sleepers let in WAY too much noise. $140 in the garbage. Kind and friendly service but useless product unless it's used for slight noise reduction.
