  I recently purchased hearing aids from Connect Hearing and I must say, the customer service exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the attention I received was personalized, professional, and incredibly patient. Appointments were punctual, and every interaction felt warm and respectful. The audiologist who assisted me was exceptional. Upon learning that I was relocating abroad, she went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and ensure I received the best possible care before my departure. Her dedication was evident—not only did she provide thorough guidance, but she also generously supplied me with several boxes of batteries and cleaning products to support my transition. The facilities at Connect Hearing were modern and well-equipped, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. The only aspect that left me somewhat dissatisfied was the high cost of the hearing aids. Unfortunately, this was beyond the audiologist’s control, and she was unable to offer any adjustments in that regard. Overall, my experience with Connect Hearing was overwhelmingly positive. I truly appreciated the professionalism, empathy, and commitment shown throughout the process.

  Paul was great and very attentive. Great guy too who took a genuine care about you. Joline is a beauty too. Thanks again for everything. I’m hearing much better and couldn’t be happier.

  My newish hearing aids are still not perfect but I know from past experience that getting them to that point can take a while. Meanwhile I am very pleased with Paul Tait at Connect Hearing Glenmore Landing as he continues to work to get them to where I need them. Also a shout out to Jolene who works at the front office for always being so friendly and accommodating with setting up appointments and to Maria Degagner who is excellent and so knowledgeable about the mechanics of the hearing aids. I would not hesitate to buy Phonak again in the future and would go to Glenmore Landing location if at all possible.

  I’m still somewhat new to Connect Hearing Glenmore Landing. I switched to their location a few months ago. At my very first appointment, I discovered that their audiologist Roberta is experienced and knowledgeable and cares deeply about her patients. She discussed with me several options for my severe hearing loss, one of these options was a Roger On device to supplement my hearing aids. At my second appointment to be fitted with a Roger I met Maria and Paul, who are friendly and professional. They worked together through the process of configuring and pairing the new device with my hearing aids. I'm so delighted to have a hearing care team that understands me and my individual needs. I highly recommend Connect Hearing Glenmore Landing.
