  Needed to get new hearing aids. Connect was able to reschedule on the first two occasions after I ended up having to work. When I finally did get in for a hearing test I was impressed with how smoothly everything ran. Today I went in to pick up the new hearing aids and Tracy spent a lot of time with me explaining everything, setting up the app on my phone and fine tuning everything for the best efficiency and comfort. Would highly recommend ,
